PILOT Agreements through the City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County.

This is a dataset that contains the current balances for property taxes and water quality fees for all parcels within the City of Chattanooga. At a high level, this data can be used to better understand where late payments are occurring, which may be an indicator of financial stress; or the data can be used to describe where revenues are coming from within the City. This does NOT contain data on PILOTs.

This data set contains the prior assessment values compared to the new. A new budgeted tax rate for Fiscal Year 2022 is then applied to the New Assessed values. Several calculated fields are then created to numerically describe the impacts the reassessment combined with the budgeted tax rate will have on Chattanoogans compared to prior tax amounts and assessed values.
